Arena Hotel is a perfect example of a 19th century Ottoman stone house. The owner has restored and decorated Arena Hotel so that it is there to give its guests a glimpse into the Istanbul of yesterday. The overall effect is stylish but faithful to the traditional materials and furnishings of an Ottoman stone house. Most of the antique furniture and decorations are genuine from the owner's family.
