By Shuttle Bus

You can take the shuttle bus from the airport to Taksim. The havas bus will drop you off right at Taksim Square. Then you can just take a short cab ride or bus to reach the hotel.

By Subway

You can take the subway from the airport to Aksaray which is the last stop. From Aksaray you can take the tram direction to Kabatas, getting off in Kabatas stop. Then you will continue with funicular to Taksim. From there you will change to subway and get off at the next stop. You will just walk a few metres back to reach to the hotel.
