While the hotel has all the amenities and conveniences of the 20th century, it strives to recapture the spirit and older style of living. The rooms are tastefully furnished in an unpretentious style with antique furniture and handmade carpets. The hotel offers a rooftop terrace where its guests can have breakfast while gazing out over Bosphorus.

Turkoman Hotel has limited facilities and services when compared to bigger hotels. However the hotel offers all necessary facilities, services and room amenities. Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children between 0 and 6 years old stay free of charge when sharing the room with two adults.
- Children between 7 and 12 years old receive a 50% discount when sharing the room with two adults.
- Children over 12 years old are charged as adults.

Cancellation Policy:
- No penalties apply for cancellations received 3 days or more prior to check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival date incur one nights accommodation charge.
